Amazon PPC & Account Specialist

Genius Games is looking for an Amazon PPC & Account Specialist. This role is critical for Genius Games, and the input, contributions, and decisions made by this person will be essential to the success of our company.

We’re looking for someone who is highly self-directed, organized, and analytical. Someone who is personable and who loves solving challenging puzzles, and is also not afraid to try new things, test things out and make progress by trial and error. Someone who thrives in an atmosphere where giving and receiving feedback is the norm. Most importantly, this person finds meaning and fulfillment in using their skills to personally and directly help drive the growth of a small company.

This role will likely start part-time but moving to full-time is ideal. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work at most of their hours during the US Central Standard Timezone (CST) to meet with our team, while their other hours can be worked whenever they wish.

If you’re just looking for another job, this position isn’t for you. If you don’t love working your rear off as a critical part of a team, growing something that really matters, and learning a bunch along the way, then this isn’t the position for you.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS LIKE:

Creating and managing Sponsored Product Ads on Amazon
Running A/B campaigns on Amazon to track impressions, clicks, and sales
Researching and identifying new keywords and negative keywords for Sponsored Product Ads
Identifying relevant competing products to advertise our products for Amazon Sponsored Product Ad Campaigns
Adding coupons on Amazon to active listings to increase sales
Creating lightning deals on Amazon to increase sales
Utilizing business pricing on Amazon to increase sales
Utilizing Amazon Attribution to increase sales
Creating Images and Infographics for Amazon Listings
Creating A+ Content Infographics, copy, etc. for Amazon Listings
Writing marketing copy for Amazon titles, descriptions, and bullet points
Creating new Amazon listings from scratch
Creating Amazon Seller Support Cases to resolve issues
Utilizing Amazon Brand Registry and its benefits to increase sales
Using Helium 10 to track sales, research keywords, etc.
Highly proficient in finding answers via Google or YouTube - Mandatory
Proficient in Spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)

EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THESE AREAS IS A BONUS:

Advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
Finding and maintaining retail sales channel relationships
Communicating with influencers and product reviewers
Social media contests, promotions, and updates
Crafting Newsletters on platforms like MailChimp
Google Analytics, Adwords, or Keyword Planner
Sending pitch emails to potential customers
Graphic design of ads and visual content
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Terms Like: Return on Investment (ROI), Click Through Rate (CTR), ---------- PENSATION:

The position will include a three-month training and onboarding period, which will be compensated at $7 per hour for the first three months given your experience.

After this period, compensation will increase to $9 USD per hour for the next nine months of working under the current management to advance in their role (more time if needed).

After a year of working with our company, compensation will increase to $10 to $12 per hour USD, with annual promotions and raises to follow, and it can be higher given your level of success in the position.

Pay periods are on the 1st and 15th of each month. We will also reimburse your OFS PhilHealth and SSS self-payments on a monthly basis.

Over the next 3 - 5 years, this individual would progress in their role with more strategically focused responsibilities and manage a team at higher compensation ranging from $30,000 USD ($1.7M Philippine pesos) to $40,000 USD ($2.25M Philippine pesos) annually.
