IT Recruitment Manager

QUALIFICATION:

At least 1 year and up end to end (full cycle) BPO tech recruiting team management experience supporting local hiring for developer roles.
Current Assistant Managers are welcome to apply.
Must be well experience in various sourcing strategies
Must be well experience in various candidate interviewing techniques
Proven track record of boosting team performance especially filling in vacancies within the agreed client timeline
Must have experience in stakeholder and client management.
Must be adept in market analysis and data presentation.
Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Offer is: Php70k+ benefits, HMO etc.
This is a permanent full time job and night shift.
