Structural Steel Estimator

Advanced requirements:
?Must be knowledgeable or have an experience with TEKLA Software
?Management experience is preferred
?US based experience is even better

Job Descriptions:
? Study and analyze all documents (technical drawings, specifications, and bid sheets) provided by the client, and apply them to every project estimate.
? Make wise assumptions if plans are lacking information, and create an RFI if necessary.
? Draft a presentable proposal that details material estimates with material and labor costs.
? Responsible for every handled project. Manages to resolve any concerns about the take-offs or proposals.
? Converse with clients to discuss their thoughts and concerns about the estimates.

Requirements:
? Willing to watch instructional videos
? Must be familiar with US construction standards
? Knowledgeable in using Take-Off Tools (Planswift or Bluebeam, etc)
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel
? Qualification in project management is an advantage
? Demonstrable experience as a Structural Steel Estimator estimator
? Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents
? Outstanding quantitative skills
? Must be dependable and well-spoken
