Web Designer, Web Creator

We currently have a long-term permanent Full-Time position opening in our business.

The 3 key-areas of the role are:

• Graphic Design:
..... - High variety of unique design work
..... - Knowledge of UX design, and broad digital design device output (web, tablet, phone, apps, etc)

• Website Creation:
..... - Develop (or modify existing) themes, plugins and functionalities within existing CMS
..... - Understanding CMS systems (such as Wordpress, Neto, etc), and troubleshooting problems
..... - Integrating plugins to work alongside each other
..... - Content creation, with pixel-perfect attention to alignment and design output

• Problem Solver:
..... Be someone that can locate and execute solutions to difficulties when they occur.


We're requiring someone with the following abilities:
• Great English communication skills
• High level visual design capabilities, with deep understanding of user engagement
• Capability to convert designs into high-quality templates + content, within our existing CMS.
• A strong capacity and focus on custom template design and implementation
• On Page (White-hat) SEO knowledge, to include in implementation of best-practices when building sites
• Efficient & effective in working practices

The initial full-time salary for the position is 16,000PHP per month Full-Time, and Part-Time may also be available, if suited.
The salary is assessed for a pay rise after the 2 month probation period, based on your successful work output.

We are based in Australia (PHT +2 hours), so daytime working availability in the Philippines is desired.
