Real Estate Customer Service (Non-voice)

The number one Real Estate Company in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a Customer Service Representative!

Qualifications:
-Great English communication skills
-High accuracy in grammar and spelling
-Customer Service experience of 2 years or more
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while working cohesively in a team environment
-Ability to achieve lead goals set on a daily basis
-Real Estate experience and/or knowledge is a plus

Job Description
-Send batch leads
-Respond to messages in a timely manner,
-Tag messages as they come in
-Find motivated seller by asking meaningful questions, lock in an appointment and forward the lead to management.
