We are searching for a Partnership Communications Assistant to join our enthusiastic and forward-thinking team to help manage and enhance our top-ranking websites—which receive millions of visitors each month!

Our partnerships department is a new area of Pangolia and has reached a point where they need talented individuals to continue to make amazing partnerships and get in contact with innovative people and interesting brands.

About the job:
You will work on the Partnerships team. You will work closely with our Affiliate Partnerships Manager and will be responsible for helping to make new partnerships, find new brands and contacts, and help organize data in this recently-established but fast-growing department.
We will train you to use our software and sites that we use daily with our video training material and one-on-one calls. Google will be your best friend in this role. Experience with general research roles, SEO, project management, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Ahrefs, ---------- , and Excel is an added bonus. This role may lead to sending emails so a solid command of English is ---------- the first line of your response to this ad, tell me why you enjoy working remotely! We’re looking to hire a full-time (40 hrs/week) remote tea ---------- mber who’s fluent or almost fluent in English. This may very well be the position for you if you:
-are detail-oriented (a must!) and highly organized
-have a can-do, ‘if I don’t know, I’ll find out’ attitude
-enjoy figuring things out without too much supervision and learning on the go
-enjoy working with excel spreadsheets and other organizational software
-are fairly techy (can quickly learn new online tools and feel comfortable on a computer) - we will teach you the in-house software
-have a computer and access to the internet
-are familiar with GSuite, Zoom/Skype, and managing data in a systemized way
-can be just as comfortable sharing constructive feedback as you are at receiving it
-are good at coming up with solutions to problems yourself – we won’t feed you all the answers but we are open to suggestions and creative solutions
-are able to ask questions when in doubt
-are flexible - as this role is new, surely we will be evolving together

Responsibilities of the job:
-Finding new brands to work with - we do this through various types of research - by reverse engineering our own existing content, seeing what the competition is doing, and doing our own reading on google
-Comparing and analyzing the potential brands to our criteria to d ---------- if they are a good match for us
-Finding the best ways to contact brands - be it via email, social media, etc.
-Data entry
-Email marketing & campaigns
-Idea generation - our business is constantly growing and evolving and you will play a main role in this
-Admin/VA-style tasks
-Communications/coordination with other teams in the company
