Position Description

We are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable Lead Coordinator that will handle listening to recorded calls each day, handling communication with new leads up until the point of setting an appointment, and daily follow up with leads built up in our CRM. The LONG TERM new hire will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, access to WIFI & their own personal computer, experience in Excel Spreadsheets, and be able to juggle multiple strict deadlines at once. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Texting 50+ Leads Per day out of our CRM
Adding Notes, Tags, and tasks to Leads in our CRM
Assigning New Leads & Referrals to our Listing/Buyers Agents

ing the Current Lead Coordinator daily updates with leads you are in communication with
Build and maintain sustainable relationships by actively engaging with customers, and following-up accordingly.
Misc. administrative tasks

Qualifications

MUST have strong cold-calling or telemarketing experience or equivalent for at least 1 year
Have Knowledge of Excel / Google Spreadsheets or be willing to learn
Ability to Handle 50+ Leads per day
Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding set quotas.
Strong verbal & Written communication skills for virtual interactions with customers.
Willingness to learn new systems and practices.
Strong customer relations focus with an ability to adapt to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively throughout the day.
Outgoing personality.
Able to handle objections effectively
Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
MUST be organized and detail oriented.
MUST have knowledge of standard real estate terms & be able to communicate effectively using said terms

Work Details:

Available to work 15-20 hours per week (Weekends Off) 8:30-5:30 Eastern Standard Time (Washington, D.C time)
Weekly Pay (Every Week on Wednesday)
