We're looking for someone who speaks fluent English and who possesses the technical knowledge to work with our email marketing system ACTIVECAMPAIGN. To be considered for this position you must possess a working knowledge of Active Campaign.


YOUR DUTIES / ROLE:

- You will work directly with our CMO / copywriters to prepare, format, and send emails through Activecampaign.
- You will be responsible for organizing and preparing follow-up emails inside Activecampaign for our sales and marketing funnels
- You will ensure emails are sent to the correct segments and must have a working knowledge of how tags, segments, and lists work within Activecampaign
- You will be responsible for setting up basic automation inside Activecampaign and ensuring delivery to the correct segments

To excel in this position, you must have a working knowledge of how to:

- Organize and manage Activecampaign emails and automations
- Prepare, format, and send emails via Activecampaign
- Create tags, lists, and manage sending to the correct segments based on verbal instructions (mostly via Loom)
- Apply tags and create segments inside Activecampaign

IMPORTANT: to be clear you will not be writing the emails you'll simply be managing the campaigns, email setup, automation setup, etc.

The next step in this process will require you to make a 3 to 10 minute Loom video showing us an example of how you would prepare an email inside Activecampaign, which demonstrates your proficiency with creating and applying tags, creating segments, managing lists, and working with automations.
