Assist in food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing and washing vegetables, meats and other ingredients. Can handle standard operating procedure in preparing, portioning and plating. Ensure that all food items in the kitchen are available before the operation starts. Responsible in ordering, receiving of stocks used in the kitchen area. Maintain high quality of cleanliness throughout the preparation area.
