We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends, and have experience managing social media accounts for businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Manage social media campaigns, track and analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Create and present regular reports on social media performance to the team and senior leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus
