T Shirt / Apparel Designer Wanted!

I am looking for someone with strong English writing skills as well as knowledge and creativity for my Anti-Terrorism t-shirt / apparel company.

Photoshop knowledge a must. I am looking for a motivated individual to join my team who can produce 15 or more designs per week in .psd format that can be edited by me if need be. All designs must be completed in a timely manner. The ability to seek out and come up with new ideas on your own is a big plus.

All designs must be 100% original and I will provide accounts to purchase vector artwork to help with the design process. All images used on apparel must be licensed and no random images that are not purchased through my accounts can be used.

Also a non-disclosure agreement must be signed by the individual chosen for my team and I will retain all rights to designs that you are contracted to design hence they cannot be re-sold to anyone else.

I would require one design from each applicant to see your skills in t-shirt design. Most designs are only two color designs with the cutouts/transparencies being part of the design. Thank you for your time.

Please attach your desired rate for each month. Bi-weekly payments will be made to the chosen designer. Performance bonuses are a big possibility. If one of your designs really takes off, expect a nice bonus!
