Inbound Lead Placement Specialist Needed! (Full-time, long-term position)

Established, successful company seeking to add a dependable virtual assistant, proficient in spoken English to handle phone calls, mostly incoming but occasional outgoing, for our clients. Additionally you will be required to send SMS and email messages as well to leads and clients.

This position offers a fixed compensation, but the workload is not constant. Some days you may receive a high volume of calls, while other days you may receive only a few or none at all, yet you will be paid for the entire day. The workload varies, but you will compensated with a consistent rate of pay. You will be paid $300 per month for being available to answer the phone from 9:00AM - 6:00PM Central Time Monday - Friday.

While you won't be on the phone all the time, you must be on standby during the specified hours to handle any incoming calls. Upon taking down the lead info, you will be then required to place the lead with one of our clients. The average time that it takes to answer the call from a lead and gather the lead info is 8.37 minutes. The average time it takes to place the lead with one of our clients is 22.8 minutes. Then there is a few minutes of admin work to keep everything in order. So, the entire process takes on average about 30 minutes per lead. Sometimes you will place no leads per day, and sometimes you will place 6-7 leads per day. As you can see, out of an 9 hour day, you will be working only a few hours per day. The rest of the day you have the freedom to do what you want, even work another job or be on vacation! We offer comprehensive training that you need to undergo, and once you have learned the process, it becomes easy to follow. We're available to assist with any inquiries you may have. Apart from handling incoming and outgoing calls, you'll also be responsible for organizing the leads inside our custom CRM system and a few other organizational duties.

Again, this position will entail being accessible for sporadic phone calls between 9:00AM and 6:00PM USA Central Time.
