Are you a rockstar Amazon Virtual Assistant? Then we want YOU!

I am looking for an Amazon Virtual Assistant who will be working mainly on ordering, storing,
receiving and distributing processes of our company’s products and supplies, making sure our
business runs smoothly on Amazon marketplace. Main duties include replenishing the inventory
on time, controlling the flow of supplies, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and
developing protocols for loss mitigation.

We are looking for the following skills and qualifications on our Inventory Specialist.
1. Good organizational skills are necessary for Amazon Virtual Assistant to take charge of organizing
inventory and improving the efficiency of the selection and shipping process.
2. The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner is
important in this position.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for educating other VAs, and
developing new inventory processes.
4. Amazon Virtual Assistant needs problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall
efficiency and overcome inventory problems.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Make sure to have enough inventory on every single product.
3. Make sure to create
purchase orders if needed.
4. Update the “Inventory File” used by our company.
5. Monitoring the PPC campaigns and making suggestions on the campaigns.
5. Organize the current inventory, removing stranded units, managing excess inventory and
deleting unused SKUs.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following.
1. Amazon Seller Central management
2. Inventory management
3. Amazon PPC
4. Purchase order

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:
1. A fast learner
2. Pays close attention to detail
3. Follow instructions to the letter

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below.
You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of
them.
a. Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
b. Microsoft Word
c. Microsoft Excel
d. Microsoft Powerpoint
e. Gmail and other email applications
f. Google Docs
g. Google Sheets
h. Google Slides
i. Google Calendar
j. Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
k. Inventory management software (Sostocked, Inventorylab)
l. Time management or time tracking software (Clockify, TimeProof)

This is a part-time position Mondays to Fridays, the hours are flexible.

$125/bi-weekly for part-time work (20 hours a week).

We do 13th month payment.

There will be 60 day probationary period.

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after 6 months. We
honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

If accepted, you will be provided with training to understand the products
in our catalog.
You’ll be working with the manager. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to
manage your own team of VAs to handle the tasks.
