The Online Lead Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments with potential customers through the company's website and other online channels. This individual will interact with clients, assess their needs, and schedule appointments with the appropriate tea
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with potential customers through the company's website and other online channels
Interact with clients, assess their needs, and schedule appointments with the appropriate tea
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide excellent customer service
Monitor and update appointment schedules to ensure all appointments are confirmed and managed in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and appointments
Ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Meet or exceed performance targets
Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with online scheduling systems and software
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a similar role is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
