Write a programme or code that can fulfill customer order (copy and paste) from one ebay account to another ebay account

We are looking for a one time fixed contract for an individual who can help us write a programme to fulfill orders from one ebay account to another ebay account. All we need is a programme which can copy and paste automatically customer name and address details from one screen and fill it on another screeen when we select the order.
