Dispatcher/ Customer Service

Locksmith company looking to hire a Dispatcher/ Customer service rep. Job duties will include answering calls from customers and technicians. Responding to emails from customers and new potential clients, creating estimates and including estimate notes in our dispatching system. Currently we are using PowerDispatch as our dispatching database. Entering data into the system such as Full names, addresses, phone numbers, detailed notes. Tracking of technicians and communicating with them on current jobs/ leads. Collecting payment when needed. Closing out jobs as needed. Following up with previous customer.
You will be assisting customers that are locked out of their homes, cars, or businesses, who need a lock replaced or repaired, who need a car key made, or any other locksmith services.
