Administrative and Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Administrative/Operations Manager who will be
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, while also
providing administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate
will have strong administration and operations management, with excellent
communication skills, and the ability to multitask. This will be a part time role for 20-22 hours per week for a monthly salary of $400.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage the administrative tasks of the company, such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Assist in the development of operational strategies and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage and train employees, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to meet demand.
• Analyze data and report on key performance indicators to management.
• Act as a liaison between the management team and other departments within the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in operations management or administrative support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of operational strategies and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
