JOB OVERVIEW

DO Well ( ---------- ) is looking for a full-time Customer Service and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field, along with minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or social media marketing.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, have a strong work ethic, and be proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to clients via zoom, phone, email, or messages
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via social media
• Respond in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and maintain customer databases
• Create and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Generate reports on social media performance
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or social media marketing
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Integrity, work-ethic, proactivity, attention to detail, and high standards
• **Schedule**: Friday to Tuesday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Eastern Time (EST/EDT)


Skills:
• Familiarity with customer service processes and procedures
• Knowledge of social media marketing techniques
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms
• Knowledge of analytics tools and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other related software programs
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and think critically
