We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to assist with setting appointments for our clients seeking health insurance coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
~ Communicate with clients via phone, text, and online platforms to gather information and answer questions.
~ Send quotes to prospects
~ Schedule appointments for prospects to speak with our advisors
~ Provide general administrative support
~ Make and review reports
Requirements:
~ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
~ Proven customer service or sales experience
~ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
~ Access to a reliable computer and internet connection
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
~ Available to work night shift
This is a work-from-home position and schedule is flexible, but availability during night shift is a must.
