I am a real estate agent specializing in the sale and lease of warehouse buildings and offices.
I am seeking a virtual assistant to perform the following tasks:
1. Email Management/Filtering
2. Proficient in English to speak to potential clients
3. Contacting potential clients to schedule meetings/Booking appointments with clients
4. Following up with clients/customers
5. Calendar Management
7. File Management / input new client info into contact data base
8. Database building
9. Preparing brochures/fliers
10. Daily Manage and update Social Media Accounts
11. The work hours MUST be from 9am - 5pm United States Eastern Central Time Mon-Fri
This person will be in charge of contacting business owners (via phone/email) and inquire if they are interesting in selling their warehouse facility and coordinating/scheduling a meeting for me to meet them.
Researching businesses to find the information of the decision makers and contact/follow up via Phone/email to set up a meeting for me to pitch them on our services.
