Experienced Logo Designer

I'm seeking a part-time logo designer with at least three-years of experience designing modern and minimal new company logos.

The compensation is $5 USD per hour. You are expected to work 12-20 hours per week. Working hours are flexible. Time-tracking software is required. All work is done in Figma (no other software applications).

Qualifications

- A passion for designing minimal logos that are modern and simple.

- Commitment to mastering color and typography in your graphic design.

- Ability to use logo grids to maintain consistency, remove clutter, stay focused, and create geometric harmony.

- Ability to create original brandmark symbols and wordmarks.

- Work exclusively in Figma.

Job Requirements & Process

- Read the project brief.

- Create inspirational mood boards from existing designs on Behance, Dribbble, and Pinterest.

- Sketch new ideas (on paper).

- Create and iterate in Figma.

- Incorporate feedback (brandmark, color, font, kerning, style, etc.) from the creative director and revise.

- Create the final design.

- Complete brand guidelines in Figma from our existing template.

- Support related graphic design tasks that help bring the brand to life.
