Qualifications:
-at least 18 years of age
-Graduate of any IT Related course + 6 months of TSR/IT Helpdesk experience OR Graduate of ANY course + at least 2yrs. of solid IT Helpdesk experience
-average to excellent English Communication Skills
-computer literate and with good web navigation skills
