VA that amazing at emails

I am looking for a VA that does the following tasks but not limited to:

Create personalized email and texting automations
Review statistics of emails including open rates, CTR, etc.
Create customer segments and journeys in CRM and Email Platforms
Communicate with Marketing, Sales, and Production Teams about things needed for email campaigns
Report weekly on email statistics

Requirements-
1 yr of marketing automations and emails
1 yr using Zapier and other business automation platforms
1yr of Marketing CRM's
Monday- Friday 7am-4pm EST
