Data Entry/Online Business start up/Admin Assistant/Lead Generator

I am starting an online business. I need some who can Input names and email addresses from excel spreadsheet into leads system, generate leads, online advertising, email campaigns, traffic, etc.

I need someone that can help grow this online business by getting traffic to my site and help create sales
