We are a rapidly growing E-commerce company looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with product research, product listing, copywriting, and customer support. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and will be responsible for:
Conducting product research and staying up-to-date with market trends
Creating effective product titles, descriptions, and meta descriptions to improve SEO and increase sales
Uploading products to our Shopify platform and managing inventory
Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Prior experience with product research, product listing, copywriting, and customer support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with Shopify platform is a plus
