JOB OVERVIEW

We are a software and service company for TV channel apps and are in need of a full-time dedicated role for a collections specialist/billing representative who contacts customers with overdue bills to assist them and perform collections.

You must be able to overlap with the CST timezone. Full-time role Monday - Friday 5 days per week 8 hrs per day.

The role includes these tasks:
- Charge overdue invoices to cards on file daily
- Send payment reminders
- Perform daily collection calls to customers with overdue bills
- Handle customer refund and cancellation requests
- Make collection attempts on past-due invoices
- Sort and respond to billing-related tickets (customer inquiries, assistance making payments, applying extensions to due dates, updating card-on-file info, processing payments for invoices, handling billing-related customer complaints.)
- Collaborating with our team in sales, tech support, and management, to handle customer billing issues and tasks.

We have a proven process and system in place which we will train you in for handling the billing policies, procedures, scripts, and workflows. We use Zoho Invoice to manage the billing, Skype to communicate, Trello to track project management/customer project status, and Zoho Desk for customer support/ticket management.
