Requirements of HR recruitment
Responsibilities:
1).Handling full HR spectrum such as recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits
2).Familiar with Philippines Labor Law, make contract with staff.
3).Facilitate good communication among different level of staff
4).Ensure recruitment and selection of right talents to the organization by establishing effective recruitment and selection system.
5).Ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective talent management program and succession planning.
6).Manage and ensure the employee database in accurate and up to date.
7).Some of the translation.
Requirement:
1). Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
2). At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3). Applicants should be Philippines citizens or hold relevant residence status.
4). Well verse in Philippines Employment law and its context.
5). Understanding of payroll, HR legislation, processes, training, recruiting, social insurance, signing labor contract.
6). Have an advantage of HR data analysis.
7). Proficient with Microsoft office.
8). Required language (s): Chinese, English, and Filipino.

Monthly Salary Range: PHP 30,000- PHP 80,000
