Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any HR-related course
Must have at least 1-3 years of Sourcing experience in BPO / Volume Hiring or IT-related positions
Must have strong sourcing skills and must be able to understand job publishing on job boards (Mynimo, Jobstreet,
Must have excellent presentation and excel skills
Must possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Must have strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through Job Portals & social networks like
Schedules and conducts preliminary screening of applicants
Full execution of the recruitment process (including the job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, and regular communication with candidates) including the recruitment administration
Coordination with candidates from interview to onboarding
Prepares and posts advertisements for internal and external hiring needs
Maintains job sites and social media accounts for HR Recruitment
