Candidate is responsible for the timely provision of qualified candidates for the company’s workforce requirement in accordance with company policy and guidelines to ensure that there is an adequate pool of qualified and competent workforce for the company’s operations and expansion programs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of AB/BS Psychology or HRDM course
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and can work under pressure
• Good leadership skill
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications and capable of using Canva application
