Digital Marketing / Social Media VA - Meta 400+ certification required

Job Requirements:
- One or more of the following Meta certifications: ---------- , ---------- , ---------- or ---------- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing agency

Responsibilities:
- Optimize Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads by optimizing for better leads quality or ROAS for our clients
- Setup conversions tracking using Facebook Ads Manager (Facebook Pixel, Conversion Codes, etc)
- Write compelling copy for Facebook Ads headlines, body copies using direct response marketing strategies.
- Produce eye-catching images
- Manage and deliver copywriting and media buying projects within the agreed-upon timeframes.
- Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc.) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
- Craft and deploy irresistible offers within real estate industry.
- Communicate via WhatsApp
