Job Title: Cold Caller and Email Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

Charles Holdings LLC, a real estate investment company, is seeking a skilled virtual assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling and email cold calling to acquire rental units for our portfolio. This is a part-time position requiring availability during Eastern Standard Time, between the hours of 8am - 3pm.

Responsibilities:

Cold call potential landlords and property managers to acquire rental units
Send emails and follow up with potential leads
Answer emails and respond to building inquiries in a timely manner
Leave voicemails for potential landlords and property managers
Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails, and follow-ups
Speak excellent English
Record all communication and data in our company's database
Qualifications:

Strong cold-calling and email communication skills
Ability to speak excellent English and communicate effectively
Experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not required
Must be available during Eastern Standard Time, between the hours of 8am - 3pm
Comfortable working as a virtual assistant from home or remote location
Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
$5 bonus for each approved rental unit acquired
