Sales and Marketing Manager

Summit Studios is a production company that creates live and online media and entertainment.
The ideal candidate for the Sales and Marketing Manager position will be someone who is a self starter, set priorities and follow through on tasks. Has the ability to be strategic with social media approach.

Candidate should have some natural sales ability and be willing to email and call client studios on behalf of talent. Must be able to follow up and respond to email replies in a timely and orderly manner. Must be willing to manage scheduling for talent and maintain at least two associate calendars.
Client must be willing to contact corporations via phone, email, and linkedin order to prospect for contacts within marketing and social media departments for specific targeted companies.

Candidate will also have an understanding of social media strategies and SEO. Will be able to take instruction in managing the social media processes, see and website maintenance of Summit Studios productions.
Positive attitude is a must
Interest in social media, television, dance, film, networking are a plus

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
know how to write effective copy in a lot of different styles,
write copy for websites, twitter, Facebook, etc.
Knowledge of writing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is also needed.
Be up to speed with the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being use.
Be Problem-Solvers: communicate messages for various productions, creating messages on different platforms, and convey consistency with brands toward viewers and fans as well as to corporate sponsors
Organizational and scheduling skills
Interpersonal Skills: Even through writing as well as speaking directly over the phone to clients.
Be friendly and approachable online and over phone
Technical Skills: microsoft office proficiency, SEO, internet access and being tech savvy is necessary.
comprehension of Final Cut, Adobe Photoshop
Ability to maintain website through Go Daddy's online builder
