Responsibilities:

1. Managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments for the real estate team

2. Coordinating open house events, showings, and property inspections

3. Organizing and maintaining client databases and transaction files

4. Preparing documents, contracts, and forms related to real estate transactions

5. Following up with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in transactions

6. Performing research on properties and market trends as needed

7. Maintaining social media accounts and other marketing channels

Qualifications:
We are seeking a professional and motivated virtual real estate assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files, as well as maintaining client databases and following up on leads.

Additionally, you will be trained on various real estate software such as MLS, Cloze, Market Leader Pro, Dial Pad, home snap, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate for this virtual assistant position will have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in the real estate industry, with a strong preference for experience in appointment setting, email management, and personal assistant tasks. The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is required. The ability to work independently and remotely is essential to this role. Training and Pay:
To ensure your success in this position, we offer two weeks of paid training, USD 125 weekly (after training USD 175 weekly) during which you will receive comprehensive instruction in the various aspects of the job. We are also offering a sign-on bonus of USD $50 upon completion of training. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate, write, and read fluently in English.

Bonuses and Incentives:
Bonuses and Incentives will be given out after the close of each property and ---------- addition to administrative tasks, the successful candidate will also provide valuable assistance and insights to our marketing team. This includes developing marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, and managing social media accounts. WORK HOURS: To be considered for this position, the candidate must be available to work Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am
to 8 pm with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
