Cold Caller/Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by initiating contact with potential customers, following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, and establishing relationships with decision makers. As a Cold Caller/ISA, you must be able to research and compile contact information for businesses, conduct calls, maintain the records of all leads and can answer possible questions and follow-up questions regarding the business.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent phone and communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and have a proven track record of success in sales. You should also be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Making cold calls to potential customers, following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, and establishing relationships with decision makers
Identifying customer needs and presenting solutions
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM
Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Can speak fluently in English
Excellent phone and communication skills including active listening, building relationships and explaining the business proposition in a way that builds trust.
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Well-organized and good at keeping track of time.
Can handle rejection and rude responses and stay persistent to capitalize on the situation and hit the goals.
Knowledge of CRM software is an asset
