Youtube How-to tutorial Short Screen record and Voiceover Video Creator.

Hey there,
I am Searching for Someone who can create & post "how to" Type Short Videos for a Youtube Automation Channel.
Videos Could be for example "how to change your username on Snapchat, or "how to delete account on Discord".
Videos can be screen recorded either on a Smartphone or PC. There needs to be a Voiceover explaining what you're doing.

Videos would be short-style videos with an educational purpose, aiming for a search-based channel.
I have a budget of 2-3$ per Video. I'm looking for someone whom i can work long-term with and create a business relationship with.
