Marketing Assistant

We are a small architectural and interior design firm in Melbourne looking for someone to help us with our marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities would include:

- liaising with our marketing consultant
- preparing marketing calendar
- Hoot Suite
- Engagement on social media
- improving and keeping WIX website up to date , regular checking for usability errors on site and mobile site
- SEO
- keeping Pinterest site up to date with descriptions and high quality tags
- watermark images for Pinterest
- blog posts - we will d ---------- topics together
- helping develop marketing collateral such as our fee proposal documents, agreements
- setting up templates on panda doc
- adobe suite - in design, & photoshop, illustrator if possible
- canva
- managing awards entries
- Client onboarding and offboarding
- feedback questionnaires, getting reviews
- templates - questionnaires, proposals,
- contributing to sales process - manage follow up
- HubSpot

You must have:
- English as one of your first languages
- very good internet connection.

We pay health insurance after 6 months of service.

We pay the 13th month pro rata., and give yearly salary raises based on performance.

We have 4 very good and happy OFS in different departments already, who have all been working with us for more than a year.
