We are looking for a real estate transaction coordinator/administrative assistant who will be a personal assistant to the CEO. This job will require someone who is available US daytime hours and also weekends. Two consecutive days will be given off each week. Looking for a long term tea ---------- mber to be with us for many years. Must be highly reliable and in a location where outages are not an issue, or have a high speed/reliable backup plan and generator. Ideal candidate will have an iphone/mac computer, as well as a way to call / communicate with US phone numbers. Must have high speed wifi (200mb or faster) and a quiet, solo work area/office. We need someone who can read, write, speak excellent English, follow directions clearly and be a fast worker. Ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of real estate programs such as Zipforms, Docusign, Dotloop, etc. Although you will be working remotely, the work will be as if you were in the office working side by side with the CEO - frequently on the phone and or zoom, working one on one, as their assistant.
