- Must be goal-oriented
- Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Experience working with multiple products and services
- Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required
- Outstanding skill in the use of Word, Excel, and various email programs.

Technical Requirements:
- Desktop or Laptop in very good condition
- Wired DSL Internet Connection of at least 3MBPS
- Good working headset (w/ noise cancellation feature is a plus)
