Facebook Ad Manager(Priority)| Google PPC (bonus if used before & familiar)

Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled virtual assistant to join us and help us with various tasks. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties. Before I tell you what I’m looking for and what you would be responsible for as a virtual assistant, I’ll tell you my day to day tasks and what I need help with.

What I do:
- Setting up Facebook ads
- Managing & optimizing Facebook ads (Constantly turning off ads that are performing poorly and scaling up ads that are doing very well)
- Duplicating all winning creatives & also changing ad copies & headlines
- Spying to see what competitors are doing and saving their ads for future reference (I use an app for this - very simple to use)
- Write ad copy similar to my competitors or better
- Uploading creative assets into Facebook to set up the ads
- Setting up different tests for my landing page to see what performs the best (will show how)
- Analyzing ad data to see which ads performed the best, which ones to not run anymore, which creatives to scale (all creatives are named so it’s fairly easy)
- (Bonus) Setting up google search ads, doing keyword research for a client, and creating the ads (writing the copy and description that's tailored towards their business)

Responsibilities:
As many of the tasks I do, if not all of them. If you can do most then I’d be willing to give you an opportunity and give you an interview.

Requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive,
- (Bonus) If familiar with Google Ads
