Senior Process Design Engineer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Take lead in the preparation of process design for wastewater projects for CAPEX in-house and review/ evaluation of out-sourced CAPEX projects in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company; Develop, configure and optimize design processes from start through to end product; Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data; Design, run, test and upgrade systems and design processes;
2. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve design processes and quality of output; Perform process simulations as necessary and applicable;
3. Monitor cost and time constraints of assigned CAPEX Projects.
4. Conduct Technical Evaluation of Bid Proposals by Consultants/Contractors according to set requirements for process design, performance specification and/or terms of reference in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.
5. Assists/Provide the necessary items relevant to process design for the creation of Terms of Reference, Employer’s Requirements, or Performance Specifications in coordination with End Users and/or other stakeholders involved in the CAPEX Project in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.
6. Assist, monitor, review, check and coordinate with End Users relative to process design the submitted Contract Drawings, and other technical bidding documents prepared by contractors/ consultants of Bank-finance projects or CAPEX Projects in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Preferably Licensed Engineer (Chemical or Sanitary Engineer)
• At least with two (2) years work experience related in water/wastewater process design

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Possesses analytical and technical competency related to job
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software applications
• Duties require verbal and written communication skills
• Autocad skill an advantage
