Qualifications:

> At least 2 years experience in recruitment, administrative and operational task
> G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) is a big asset
> Working knowledge and ability to learn: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
> Strong written and verbal communication skills
> Good Listening skills
> Great customer service and interpersonal skills
> Multitasking and Time Management
> Well organized
> Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration Tasks:
> General Assistance to Administration Manager
> Providing reporting assistance to Administration Manager
> Weekly revenue and payroll reporting
> Become Subject Matter Expert for Administration Procedures & Nookal Patient Management System. Monitoring of Phone > > Systems and Call Hero to ensure Call rate KPIs are achieved
> Admin Performance Review Preparation of documentation
> Complete the Admin scoreboard in preparation for Monday's meeting
> Conduct Audit reviews as required such as review of the accuracy of billings for consults.

2. HR-Related Tasks:
> Profiling of Interviews for Administration teams. (Initial Interview)
> LinkedIn recruitment
> Asana Tasks
> Labour Market Testing
> Recruitment of any Philippine VA


3. VA's Operational Tasks:
> Porting clinics to phone systems
> Takeover and start-up clinics management (admin and operations)
> Oversee all provider onboarding - Provider Number/Diary Setup
