JOB OVERVIEW

Technical Support for IT Helpdesk

* At least 18 years old and above
* Graduate of IT or any computer related courses; With at least 6 months of TSR experience (BPO) OR *Graduate of any course with 2 years TSR experience (BPO)
* Average to excellent English communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and various system architecture and environments

Duties:
-Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up and escalate when necessary
-Own and address client need and product issues from inception to resolution
-Provide high level and in depth tech support by resolving inquiries by phone, email and web in a manner and time frame consistent with department and team service levels and goals.
