Store Supervisor

*Oversee the operation of the designated branch in the absence of the Store Manager
*Assists the manager in managing the stock level and stock control of the store by conducting actual physical inventory
*Assists in ensuring that the set quota of the team is achieved
*Demonstrates good product knowledge by discussing the features and benefits of various products; as well as explain the use, operation and care of merchandise to close sales.
*Assists the manager in ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures; Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
*Participates in arranging the merchandise display to promote sales
