We are looking for someone proactive to join our team who is passionate about customer service and sales. The person who fills the position must be great with people and able to understand how to help the customer. We expect that applicants will have had previous sales or customer service experience and would prefer that you have worked with ---------- channels such as Facebook Marketplace, Ebay and Gumtree.

Scope of the role: This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in a startup; we are looking for someone who is capable of making sales and keeping customers happy. We are an automotive shop that is building an online platform whilst selling rare car parts both nationally and internationally. Your role would involve lots of customer engagement; mainly focussed on responding to customer inquiries from listings and assisting on the customer service side of order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage listings and record keeping
Handle customer inquiries and questions about the product
Ensure inventory is kept up to date with sales records
Engage with customers across multiple channels (ie marketplace, gumtree, email, ebay etc)

It will be extremely advantageous for you to have an interest and experience in:
- Working in the 'Cloud' (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing business
- Small businesses (i.e. up 1-30 employees)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.)
- Other small business applications (CRM, task management, integrations)
