CoTa Global is expanding and looking for the next tea ---------- mber to join our extraordinary team! We are a Wholesaler and Distributor of fun souvenirs, gifts and Toy items since 2004. Our products are sold all over the world through our network of loyal customers whom we provide with the best customer service, and quality items at affordable prices. Our customers are our business, so we want someone who shares our mentality and desire to serve others. This is a full time sales position, for one looking for long term professional growth + benefits package!
Position responsibilities:
•Provide service & sales support to our customers over the phone and email about our products
•Present customers with the right products based on their line of business
•Establish and develop relationships with customers
•Call on prospective accounts
•Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication
•track your progress to reach sales goals with our software programs to earn additional commission and bonuses!
•Attend and participate in department and company meetings

Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of operating a computer (Microsoft Office applications)
• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience via phone
• A passion for speaking with and engaging people
• Persistent set of mind

Hours of operations
8:00a.m. -5:00p.m Eastern Standard Time
Compensation
Cota Global offers competitive compensation per hour PLUS commission PLUS BONUSES!!
