Social Media Manager

I am seeking a creative and passionate individual to manage my social media accounts.

This is a great opportunity for young freelancers, students, or recent college grads to gain professional experience and make an impact on the success of my brand/company.

This position is part-time but can become a full-time role for the right person. This position is remote with flexible hours (10-20 per week).

Job Responsibilities/Duties include but are not limited to:

-Posting/scheduling weekly content
-Creating organic content optimized for all channels (IG, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Tiktok, -Snapchat, etc)
-Curating user-generated content (content produced by others)
-Repurposing old content
-Assisting with marketing strategies for social channels
-Create a cohesive look, feel, and message across all social accounts
-Participating in current trends to build awareness
-Respond back to comments/inquires
-Updating all platforms with accurate and current information
-Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
-Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
-Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
-Assist with eCommerce design
-Draft messages for email and text campaigns.
-Organize giveaways

Qualifications & Skills:

-Fluency in English, strong written communication, and the ability to jump on calls are essential.
-Knows how to use Canva
-Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
-Ability to work under tight deadlines
-Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
-Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
-Bachelor’s degree in digital communications or a related field such as advertising or Journalism
-2+ years experience in digital marketing/social media marketing
-Great oral and written communication skills
-Excellent internet research skills
