Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented candidates for various job positions. You will be working with a team of recruiters and liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, sourcing candidates through different channels, and conducting interviews to assess their suitability for the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
Understanding the recruitment needs of clients and liaising with them to develop job descriptions and person specifications
Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate the candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the job
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate screening, shortlisting, and job offer negotiations
Providing feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
