Software Support Specialist

We are a high-growth internet software company in Silicon Valley, California. We are looking for Support Specialists. This is a full-time position that requires work from home on various shifts. We have positions available on various shifts.

The support is provided for VERY Complex software products. Most of the support is provided through online chat and emails. Therefore, you need to possess very high level of computer skills and written English proficiency. You need to be very good at using and understanding software, as well as have aptitude to learn and master new software products.
