Senior Inbound Lead Placement Specialist Needed! (You'll have the freedom to work from home and work while on vacation!)

Established, successful company seeking to add a dependable virtual assistant, proficient in spoken English to handle phone calls, mostly incoming but occasional outgoing, for our clients. Additionally you will be required to send SMS and email messages as well to leads and clients.

This position offers a fixed compensation, but the workload is not constant. Some days you may receive a high volume of calls, while other days you may receive only a few or none at all. The workload varies, but you will compensated with a consistent rate of pay. The average amount of time worked in a day is 1.6 hours per day. The compensation will be $9.85 per day, which equates to $6.15 per hour. You will be guaranteed at least 15 days per month, and possibly more, depending on demand.

When the phone rings during the designated hours of 9:00AM - 6:00PM Central Time, we require you to answer it. While you won't be on the phone all the time, you must be on standby during the specified hours to handle any incoming calls. Upon taking down the lead info, you will be then required to place the lead with one of our ---------- sirable attributes for this role are:

We offer comprehensive training that you need to undergo, and once you have learned the process, it becomes easy to follow. We're available to assist with any inquiries you may have. Apart from handling incoming and outgoing calls, you'll also be responsible for organizing the leads inside our custom CRM system and a few other organizational duties.

Again, this position will entail being accessible for sporadic phone calls between 9:00AM and 6:00PM USA Central Time.
