We need high-quality talent to join our team! Very good English is required, both spoken and written. You must love speaking with people and have a nice voice and communication style with customers.

You know you are a great fit if:
(1) you have sales experience speaking with sales leads, and you are able to ask questions and gather information
(2) you are efficient are turning that information into a quotation
(3) you have the confidence to complete the sale
(4) you are a fast learner and when you have been trained on product knowledge you can retain that knowledge
(5) you are a self-starter and feel comfortable working with minimal supervision

We do not need customer service at this time. This is a sales role.

This potential position would begin in mid-March.

We are looking for a sales representative to help with potential customers. Your role would start with training and product knowledge. Our team is very supportive.
You would then be given leads captured over email or by paid advertising forms. You will follow a script to gather information and answer potential customer questions. You would take that information and produce a quotation. And hopefully, then turn these leads into sales.

You would work with a sales manager located in Canada, they will help you with support while you learn.

If you feel you are strong at communicating and helping customers, you have a strong ability to engage people in a friendly manner, and help make customers feel welcome. Maybe you are a perfect fit for Word of Mouth Floors!

Preference will be given to candidates that have sales experience with North American customers. We do not need customer service at this time. This is a sales role.
